What I can report:

• Discrimination: Differences in treatment based on gender, race, religion, age, or sexual orientation.
• Harassment or abuse: incidents of sexual harassment, verbal or physical abuse.
• Mobbing and workplace climate: hostile, persecutory conduct or non-inclusive work situations.
• Policy violations: failure to comply with internal procedures, career paths, parental support guidelines, or pay equity standard required by the company.
• Suggestions or complaints: proposals for the improvement of gender equality management.
